We specialise in supporting anyone with mental health needs, has experienced, has learning or physical disabilities and acquired brain injury. Working closely with you and anyone currently offering you support, we will develop and deliver a personalised care and support plan to ensure you achieve your goals.
You can pay for your care and support directly or via the local authority. If you are not sure how to fund your care and support, don’t worry, simply contact your local authority and ask for advice on personal budgets and direct payments.
Whether you would like to live in our supported housing or receive floating support we can help you with:
- Day to day tasks, including personal care and developing independent living skills
- Accessing education, training and work opportunities
- Managing your money
- Encouraging you to do things for yourself to improve your independence and self confidence
- Get actively involved in the local community
