Thank you for considering Joymac Care as your live-in home care provider. We offer fully managed live-in services for adults of all ages in their own homes. Live-in help and care is assessed individually and tailored to individual requirements. We offer an initial home assessment visit, care plan, regular review visits, regular telephone contact, plus the support that you may need. In addition, care workers are paid by us, supervised on a regular basis, undertake induction training and are offered ongoing professional development training, as well as being regularly checked with the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
Our live-in carers are carefully assessed on their skills and aptitude and will provide the domestic help and personal care that you need in a sensible and competent way, plus be a reassuring presence in your home, on a long-term or temporary basis.#
Long-Term
Live-in help and care can be arranged for the long-term, enabling clients to continue to enjoy living in their own home for as long as possible. In order to provide continuity, we aim to place carers for three months at a time. Sometimes care givers will stay much longer. Finding one person to live-in long-term is difficult on an ongoing basis, but the carers we provide very often return to the same client.
Temporary
Live-in help and care can be arranged on a temporary basis at difficult or busy times. This might be required after discharge from hospital, during periods of illness, or as relief for a relative or another carer.
