We aim to ;
- Enable and facilitate empowerment of our service users with everyday independent skills to ensure a smooth transition into the community.

- Liaise and develop good working relationship with Care coordinators and Social Services and work in partnership with the Community Mental Health Teams and other voluntary community organisations .
